Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Products that fail quality inspection will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

5️⃣ Return Pickup & Shipping
- If the return is due to wrong / defective / damaged product, we will arrange pickup or bear return shipping cost
- For size / preference-based returns, return courier charges may be borne by the customer
- Product must be securely packed to avoid transit damage
If product is damaged during return transit due to poor packing, refund may be denied or reduced.
6️⃣ Quality Check & Approval
Once we receive the returned product:
- It undergoes quality inspection
- Inspection takes 2–3 working days
- Approval or rejection will be communicated
If the product fails inspection, refund will not be issued.
7️⃣ Refund Timeline & Method
After successful inspection approval:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, depending on customer preference.
Instant refunds are not applicable.
