1️⃣ Return Eligibility (Within 30 Days)

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be returned in original condition
  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Be free from perfume, deodorant marks, stains, or damage
  • Not be altered or tampered with

Products that fail quality inspection will not be eligible for refund or exchange.


2️⃣ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or altered products
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Clearance sale / special discounted items (if mentioned)
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)

3️⃣ Accepted Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted only under the following valid conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Size or fitting issue
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Product significantly different from description

⚠️ Note: Minor color variation due to lighting or screen display is not considered a defect.


4️⃣ How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

2️⃣ Share your Order ID, product photos, and reason for return
3️⃣ Our team will review the request
4️⃣ Once approved, return instructions will be shared

Returns sent without approval may be rejected.


5️⃣ Return Pickup & Shipping

  • If the return is due to wrong / defective / damaged product, we will arrange pickup or bear return shipping cost
  • For size / preference-based returns, return courier charges may be borne by the customer
  • Product must be securely packed to avoid transit damage

If product is damaged during return transit due to poor packing, refund may be denied or reduced.


6️⃣ Quality Check & Approval

Once we receive the returned product:

  • It undergoes quality inspection
  • Inspection takes 2–3 working days
  • Approval or rejection will be communicated

If the product fails inspection, refund will not be issued.


7️⃣ Refund Timeline & Method

After successful inspection approval:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, depending on customer preference.

Instant refunds are not applicable.


8️⃣ Partial Refund Conditions

Partial refund may apply if:

  • Product shows light usage
  • Tags or packaging missing
  • Minor damage caused by customer
  • Accessories missing

Refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.


9️⃣ Exchange Policy

We also offer exchange service:

  • Exchange allowed within 30 days
  • Subject to product availability
  • Only one exchange per order permitted

If selected exchange product is unavailable, refund or store credit may be issued.


🔟 Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
  • Refusing delivery without valid reason may result in deduction of courier charges

If you receive:

  • Wrong product
  • Damaged product
  • Missing item
  • Open or tampered parcel

Inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images / unboxing video recommended).
Delayed complaints may not be accepted.

  • Refund will not be issued for intentionally damaged products
  • Fraudulent return attempts may lead to account ban
  • Company decision will be final in dispute cases
